Ashley, an experienced cannabis cultivator and proud POC female business owner, is the Co-Founder and CEO of HRVSTR Cannabis, a Health Canada licensed craft cannabis cultivation facility that engages in the creation and cultivation of quality cannabis flower.

Ashley has spent over 10 years in the industry. Her focus has always been on providing top shelf quality cannabis to the market while advocating for a level playing field for women and BIPOC communities.

She is very passionate about the cannabis industry with successful track records and extensive experience with consulting on best practices, and cultivation technologies. A few of her many skills include sales and marketing, high level organization, creative problem solving, client relationship, customer retention, networking and a keen sense of humor.

Prior to cannabis legalization in Canada, Ashley built a cannabis cultivation educational platform that provided services as an independent education and cultivation consultant. She shared her expertise with HR Departments, small and medium organizations and various communities.
Ashley leads by example, and she is motivated by a pursuit of excellence. Over the years, she has proven to be a dedicated contributor and game changer to the Canadian cannabis industry.

With over a decade of experience as a digital marketing professional, Michael has a proven track record of success in managing teams, leading committees, and overseeing successful projects. He brings this same level of expertise and leadership to HRVSTR, a cannabis company that he co-founded with Ashley Athill, one of the industry's leading female entrepreneurs.

Michael's passion for cannabis and its benefits is backed by decades of experience and knowledge. He has applied his prior experience in technology and construction to optimize HRVSTR's agricultural environments, streamline workflows through automation, implement inventory management systems, and make the most of available space through vertical cultivation methods.
